James serves as Senior Asset Manager, focusing on capital projects, leasing, and accounting.  Before joining Spark Properties, he spent five years at Box Real Estate where he held roles as property manager and leasing agent; completing over 100 lease transactions as well as financial analyst for the Greens Country Club.
